Average Across Measured Values in Different Tables?

Hello - I'm new to PowerBI and work at an architecture firm.

I have created two sheets that show two different buildings with similar programs. In each of these sheets I have calculated average values based on square footages of thoe buildings. Each of the building tables contains a list of rooms, a category for rooms (ex: Patient care space versus Building Support Space) and an area. We want to compare data across buildings. Is there a way to get an average of this across multiple buildings of a measured value like the net-to-gross square footages I calculated?

Table 1 "Women's Clinic"

Measured Value of Net to Gross is 0.430

Table 2 "Family Clinic"

Measured Value of Net to Gross is 0.597

I can put them in a bar chart to see comparison across but the mean/average value will just show up as 0 when I add that line into the graph.

@shannons you should create a measure for mean value as well and use that in the visual.

Feel free to email me with any of your BI needs.

Thank you - I think that's where I'm struggling though is I can't figure out out to create a mean value across two different tables. I've Googled/watched YouTube videos but haven't been able to figure it out.
