Automatically open PowerBI file in Desktop, Refresh & Publish it in service

Hi

I have a report that crashes if I schedule a refresh in the Power BI service.  But If I refresh the data on the desktop it works fine.  So is there a way to automatically 

1. open the PowerBI file from OneDrive in PowerBI Desktop 

2. Refresh the dataset

3. Publish the report

4. Update the APP

 

without any human intervention?

    That sounds unlikely - a report is not affected by a failed dataset refresh.  Please provide more details, include the refresh failure details.
