Automatically deselects values in one slicer when another slicer invalidates the selections.
PowerBI should automatically unselect slicer values that are no longer valid.
They are currently "sticky" and cause confusion for end-users.

Period. Very far along in the PowerBI life-cycle for this behavior not to exist already.
PowerBI should automatically unselect slicer values that are no longer valid. They are currently "sticky" and cause confusion for end-users.Not doing that was a conscious design choice by the Product Group. It is also the main reason why RLS is incompatible with default slicer values.

hello data_guru
try using the custom visual : pre-selected slicer .
in this slicer, you can manage to change the selected values of this slicer using DAX code.
NB : download the custom visual template to take a look of how it works.
