Automatic data download
I am building a matrix that is affected by segmenters, I would like to know if it is possible to download the data that the matrix gives me automatically and have it stored and updated in the cloud.

It is not supported to automatically export Power BI Matrix data currently .There is an idea about this issue, please vote it up, automatic data snapshots/export data , to improve the Power BI.
If you can use auto export dataset instead of exporting visual data, you can refer to this blog:
