Automatic Drill Down

I've created a dashboard that directly queries MsSQL and it works fantastic for all of my needs. I have, however, bumped into an issue that I can't seem to find a solution for. I have a table that has a number of different goals that are defined as columns. Each column has one of three possible values: null, 0, -1. I want to isolate only the -1 value and visualize the count of -1 per goal. I've done this numerous times with different data sets, but when I try to do it with this particular data set I can't put each of the goals into a single graph or stack them by grouping them. I can't seem to figure out why that is.

When I use a cluster bar chart and add in my value which is a count of client records and then add in each gal in the axis the goals end up nested so that I have to drill down to see the next level. I'm familiar with how to set up drill down charts, but I can't figure out why this particular chart is defaulting to drilling down.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
