Automated Email based on criteria from Power BI using Power Automate or Azure Logic apps or DB Email

Hello All,

We need an architectural diagram or solution which confirms that 100% automation can be done for sending an automated email to user(s) based on certain criteria from Power BI report using Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps.

If nothing works  then we can store this data into some database & from there we can send email... Kindly suggest which database is preferable for Power BI.

Below is the scanario:

We have a below sample report which shows region wise sales Amount. 

Our customer wants to send an automated email to specific user(s) if they have sales Amount lower than 500. so in this case, an automated email should go to France & Australia team.
