Automate changing sources logs for different reports
Hi everyone,
I have created a report on one of my company data base.
We have a new commercial strategy: everyone has to have the access to that report on his profile.
For now, we have 250 clients (which means 250 differents reports).
All the data bases are located in our servers and the structure of the data is the same in each one of them.
However, i don't have time to create 250 reports and changing the data sources everytime.
I wanted to know if anyone had an idea about that? (maybe an automate, or a function already in Power BI?)

You can try parameters for this or RLS would also work here.

First of all thank you for your answer.
I have read both topics you have sent me.
However i don't really see how I can use them as a solution.
For the first topic: it means that I'll have 250 parameters with all the data bases and only 1 report?
For the second one: I can't do that because I have 5 different servers, I can't make 1 request for every data bases. Which means that i can't use Security option on Power Bi desktop.

Oh, with parameters you dont have to create 250 i guess, as i would be for data source.
You can publish the report on web or sharepoint if that works
