Automate Publish

Hello,

 

I am looking for a way to automatically publish dashboards to a specific workspace. I have all dashboards on a scheduled refresh already, but currently have to manually go in and publish the updated reports to their specific workspace.

 

Is there any way to automate this process?

    I'm going under the assumption that you're using the terms "dashboards" and "reports" synonymously.

    I use the, "Get data" feature in the workspace to bring in Power BI reports instead of publishing them. This way, once you save edits to a .pbix, the Service will pick them up without needing to re-publish. Most times it takes about 10-15 minutes for the Service to pick up the changes, so be aware of that if you plan on making rapid updates to a .pbix.

    Hi, cchrystal 

    PowerBI currently does not support automating the publishing process.

    You can come up with a new idea and add your comments to Power BI Ideas to make this feature coming sooner.

      Hello,

      I take it as it's still not possible to Power Automate the Publish process of a dashboard (not report)?
