Automate Generation of PDF of Employee Information from PowerBI - Looping Through All Employees

Let's say I have a beautiful PowerBI report that displays all sorts of individual employee information in a very structured manner. I know that I could use a slicer, select an employee, then  export the information sheet into a PDF. I would then have to repeat this process for each employee.

However, is there a way I could automate this process so that I could automatically generate a PDF file for each employee in the database? Also, I'm sure there are many methods to accomplish this, but what be the absoluate easiest and free way to do it?

Hi @Anonymous

If you are open to using third-party solutions, BI Helper https://bihelper.tech may meet your requirement.

BI Helper is a popular and easy to use SaaS application that automates the generation and emailing of user-specific PDFs (with filters and slicers applied). It is secure, scalable and works with a Power BI Pro / PPU license for the sender. It doesn't require Power Automate or any other add-ons.

You may be able to build a paginated report to do this.

I've looked into this option as well, but have encountered a bunch of different issues. I'm not familiar with Report Builder, but just doing everything manually may be easier at this stage.

The absolute easiest and free way to do that is to do it manually.  All the other "many"  ways are either not free or not easy.

I'm thinking this as well....
