Question

Hello,&nbsp;I have downloaded the PowerBI Template from Autodesk Construction Cloud Insights page but I am getting the error below when trying to refresh the DataSource. I have Executive Overview permissions and have run a Data Extraction. What else should I check?&nbsp;DataSource.Error: No data requests for this account in the last 30 days. Users with executive overview access can request data from Autodesk Data Connector.&nbsp;Thank you in advance.&nbsp;

Anonymous , do you have some data for last 30 days. This is listed as limitation, if there is not request for last 30 days

thank you for your reply.Yes. I did a Data Extract recently. or so I think I did. I might be getting this wrong. Let me know if I am.&nbsp;

just wondering, could it be that I am signed in to PowerBI with my microsoft account and is trying to use that for the Autodesk Construcion Cloud as well?
