Auto expand databases and folders in Navigator

I'm pulling data in from Smartsheet and each workspace is imported as a separate database. I want to pull the Project Item Sheet from each workspace. Currently each workspace (database) is rolled up like this

Is there a way to auto expand the database and select one sheet when I choose smartsheet as the datasource?

Or possibly use a blank query to select any sheets that contain Project Item Sheet in the name, I don't know if I can do that outside of a SQL DB? I'd want it to bring in the new sheet each time one is created. We currently have over 1000 and I could select them manually but I want to automate the process.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi @JosephPardo ,

You may try Power Automate to always use the latest data table.

Hope this could help:
