Anonymous to be honest, in my experience but i could be wrong that is to do with a cube that has been badly modelled potentially or you have a lot of dimensions that are very wide, with lots of columns, I recommend understanding memory, you need to view your task manager and see how much memory is being used. Do you need all the data in the cube, im talking from a field perspective rather than rows (range of data)
I do not know how to watch my memory or do tracking. However i have tried to limit the data I bring in and it works. The challenge is I have to limit the data to such a paltry amount that doing so is not viable
