Has anyone managed pull the more information into PowerBI from the Teams Auto Attendant & Call Queue Historical Reports? I really want the incomming and outgoing calls of all employees rather than simply incoming for our operators. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hii @Aaron_Spitalnic
Power BI cannot get full incoming + outgoing call details for all employees from Teams Auto Attendant and Call Queue historical reports. Those reports expose only queue/operator-level (mostly incoming) data and are limited by design. For full user-level incoming and outgoing call history, you must use Microsoft Graph Call Records API (or CQD + Graph) and then load that data into Power BI. The built-in Teams reports alone won’t provide this level of detail.
