Auto attendant & Call Queue Dashboard Issue When Publishing to Online
Hi all, Im using the report below, and it works great in the desktop powerbi verion but when i publish and try to share with people the dataset refresh fails on credentials. Those same credential...
I just tried a new template: "Teams Auto Attendant & Call Queue Historical Reports V3.1.6.pbit" and had the same authontication issues. Resolved by Clearing all permission and re-entering my Teams credentilas:
Open the new template and Power Bi is launched:
Go to File - Options and settings - Datasource settings :
1. Clear All Permissions
2. Close Power BI
3. Open the new template and Power Bi
3. Go to File - Options and settings - Datasource settings
4. Edit Permissions
5. Under Credential choose Edit
6. Choose Organization account
7. Enter your Teams Admin credentials
8. Save
