Auto attendant & Call Queue Dashboard Issue When Publishing to Online

Hi all,

Im using the report below, and it works great in the desktop powerbi verion but when i publish and try to share with people the dataset refresh fails on credentials. Those same credentials work fine in desktop ... im confused. Anyone else come across this issue?

I just tried a new template: "Teams Auto Attendant & Call Queue Historical Reports V3.1.6.pbit" and had the same authontication issues. Resolved by Clearing all permission and re-entering my Teams credentilas:

Open the new template and Power Bi is launched:

Go to File - Options and settings - Datasource settings :

1. Clear All Permissions

2. Close Power BI

3. Open the new template and Power Bi

3. Go to File - Options and settings - Datasource settings

4. Edit Permissions

5. Under Credential choose Edit

6. Choose Organization account

7. Enter your Teams Admin credentials

8. Save

@stevedan - the only way i got around it was with creating a Gateway Connection.

Depending on your access levels you might need some IT Support from your org - i installed the Gateway on one of our servers that is up 24/7. Hasn't missed a beat since i used it through that.

Having the same issue with the new v3.1.0 reports, previous version works fine.

3.1.0 works fine with credentials in desktop but same issue as you when publishing to cloud..
