Auto Tiles Refresh with DQ on Embedded Code (Publish to Web public)

Good day,

I have developed a multi-page report/dashboard for a client with direct query method and have published to web (public) using the embedded code. The problem that I am having is that the client wants the tiles to be refreshed automatically without the need to refresh the whole browser page itself. For now I have added an auto page refresh meta tag in the html code to refresh the page after an interval of 30 minutes. Although the requirement is to actually being able to have the tiles refresh themselves after an interval.

I have enabled the page auto-refresh feature and have set it to 5 minutes within all the report pages. It outputs the admin interval as: 30 minutes. Similarly I have done this on the admin portal in premium per user tab and have set the auto refresh interval as the same but still the tiles aren't being refreshed. Lastly, I also started the premium trial to test if it might work with the premium subscription but all in vain, still not being updated.

Can anyone please help me with this requirment? I would really appreciate the help!
