Auto-Size Width does not work

     Hello, there.

My PBI's "Auto-Size Width" option does not seem to apply to my graphic's column headers (the ones in red). I thought that having this option "on"  would make it fill the empty space that is left, all the way til the right edge of the white card.

What could be locking it as it is? Manually dragging the headers also does not work. At the same time, in other dashboards from the same project, it works perfectly, so I assume it must be a specific configuration of this specific dashboard.

PS: before anyone asks, renitializing PBI did not fix the issue.

Thanks in advance!

My understanding is that setting will change the column width when the header name changes.

So if you change the columnd name from Period to Period.................................................... the column would expand in size.

It does not control the widths of all the columns relative to the visual.

Changing the font size will expand all the columns.

Grid - Options - Global font size will change the row/column/total together.

You could also consider using General - Properties - Padding to move the columns within the size of the visual.

That option automatically resizes the column headers based on the length of the header text and the data currently visible in the visual. It does not adjust according to the overall width of the visual.
