Auto Refresh gets blanks visuals

Hello All, could you please help me, when I apply auto-refresh all visuals get blanks, but when I do it manually, all visuals are ok.

 

Where is the problem?

    Hello Rico, Thank you for your inquiry. The problem was solved by updating the Report Server.

        Hi koorosh ,

         

        What does auto refresh mean, schedule refresh or automatic page refresh?

        What kind of data source and what kind of connection mode are you using? 

        You can show us some screenshot about your issue. This will make us easier to find the solution.
