Auto Refresh. Source is Sharepoint List, Product is Power BI Desktop.

I have a dashboard that I've published and embedded into a sharepoint online page. The source of the data used in the .PIBX file is a sharepoint online list. I can't see anywhere in Power BI desktop or on app.powerbi.com where I can set the auto refresh interval. Can anyone help me please?

Hi @Martin1,

Based on my test, you could find the refresh interval in the setting of datasets like the picture below:

You could refer to this link:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/refresh-scheduled-refresh#schedule-refresh

Hi, thanks for your reply. I can't see where to go to get to that screen. The options you have down the left hand side bar aren't there for me. Is this in Power BI online or Power BI Desktop?

Hi @Martin1,

The picture I post is in the Power BI service(online), you could click the "..." beside the data you want to set refresh and click the schedule refresh, than you could see the screen.
