Auto Callouts/Text on Line Chart based on Formula or Criteria

Thank You. The Reason/Remarks Column is Dynamic and team based on situation will insert the remarks in case of abnormal scores. So based on criteria of >7, The callout on Line chart need to be updated like below,

      Thanks for you time. I am looking for solution other than tool tip so that daily or weekly trends can be shared as snap over whstapp with clearly mentioned reasons of threshold breach
