August release vs currently one
I could see new release doesn't have the option in Save as for Power BI Report Server, anyone else with the same issue? August version screenshot posted here.

There are two version of Power BI desktop, the regular and the Report Server version.
The latest version of the Power BI Report Server is from August 2018, as you can see below the two links for download:
