Attrition Rate not right
Would anyone have a clue why the calculator and the card aren't matching? They should be the same I think.

Not sure what is the relation between your table (Seperation and _workForce...),
But the 2240.74 is the Averag amoun, not sum one.
Please change the Sum code to Average and see if it is works:
