Attach Signbar to bar chart

Hi everybody,   i need a solution for this: I have the request to implement following Graph with the additional signs under each bar which show how if the value is ok or not. Graph and calculating...

    I'm not sure if there is a more effective method...

    Here is my pbix file. I just group the bar chart and Matrix like this:
