Assign point value based on quartile rank

I have a KPI report that I'm developing for a site and the staff have goals that are based on quartile rank (1-4). The report I'm building has a date slider at the top as well as slicers, but I don't want the quartile to recalculate based on the slicers. Is there any way to do this within PowerBI?

Example:

                    SPH  SPH Score (Quartile)

Agent 1        3.2                 4

Agent 2        2.2                 1

Agent 3        2.5                 2

.....

Agent 200    3.1                 3

Hi @ryanmahaffey,

Please click Format->Edit interactions, select the "None" button highlighted in yellow background, the visual will not be affected by slicer.
