Assign conditional formatting in matrix chart PBI for blank values.

Hi Eveeryone,
I have data with the following format ( snapshot attached) .
In matrix chart basis on the flag column I want to assign conditional  formating to the values.I tried giving the color but it is working only for those values those are belong to that product.
 Available Data format:

Expected Result:

Condiiotnal formatting shuld be work basis on the week .for Eg .Week3,4,5 falling under "NEW" flag so All the week should have same color.

Is it possible?

Thanks Foryour promt response.
In a attached file then Given  logic is working only when we are taking the product column from dimension table. but in my case it is only avaialble in fact rable.since it is not working .
