I want to be able to assign a specific color to a column's value to all visuals in my file. For example, let's say I have a file with multiple visuals showing presidential data. I would want all data pertaining to a republican president to display in red and democratic in blue. Can custom JSON themes be used for this purpose? I read some documentation and didn't see that I could get that complex with it.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Per my knowledge, it looks not possible to specify colors based on particular data values within a JSON file. For your requirement, I would suggest you use conditional formatting.
Besides, you could submit this feature request at ideas page.
Best regards,
Yuliana Gu
Thanks, but conditional formatting is applied at the visual level and I need it at the page or file level. I'll put an idea in.
