Arrange clients in matrix for oldest to newest client with volume for the period

Hello

Is it possible to arrange the matrix visual (volume per day) to list down the clients from oldest to newest client who bought for the month.

This is the sample table that's to be replicated:

Just to clarify, it's not to place the clients with newest volume of the latest date at the bottom. The goal is to place the newest client with volume for the month (or period) to be placed at the bottom. 

As for the person who creates the manual report, he has already resigned so I can't ask him if there's anything special he does with the pivot table in Excel.
