Area Chart scroll bar help

Hello Friends,

  I have an Area Chart visual displaying the day and the hour on the x-axis and the count of support tickets submitted on the y-axis. The areas of green, yellow and red are used for the different ticket levels. I want the scroll bar on this visual to be all the way to the right, by default - thus showing the most current date and hour. Currently the default is to the left, showing the oldest date and hour. How do I do that? Pic included for reference.
