Hi Baarathi88 ,
When you add legends to your visualizations (all charts) you loose the option to have the secondary axis values. Only option would be to have a measure for each country or use a custom visualization look at the app store.

Hi Baarathi88 ,
Based on test, current Area chart not support use multiple value and legend at same time.
You can put nothing in Lengend field and put Sales and Percentage in Values and Secondary values fields:
Or you can try to use combo charts like stacked column and line chart to achieve this:
In addition, you can submit the requirement to ideas and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas for area chart in power bi desktop.
It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.Best Regards,

v-yingjl That is a nice hack. Thank you.
But only problem with combo chart is, according to my scenario i don't want any padding (space between the bars). Is it possible to be done?
