Are visuals like bubble inside bubble, value comparing by bubble size available in Power BI?

Are visuals like below available in Power BI?

(The bubbles in second image need to be aligned by column by row, so Scatter chart won't fit)

If it is not available in Power BI, please suggest tools/libararies that could achieve this.

Hey @j_w 

You may try Bubble cahrt by akvelon.

Or use SVG and custom your own view.

Thanks for your reply, I think SVG would be a better option to try, Bubble cahrt by akvelon still is a bit different to only one bubble inside another.
