Okay, now as you have revealed more context to your question, I msut say that this is not possible with svn.
You can use the pbip format and synch this an git repo based in Azure DevOps, then you will be able to track the history.

I want to view detail change history of a chart, a visual or a table of dataset, but it can only generated a pbix file from power bi desktop.
