Arcgis visual not displaying
Hi Anonymous,
The arcgis visual started working again without changing/doing anything. I am glad it started working again but I am afraid I can't really give an answer why it started working again.

I can't reproduce your issue on my side, it works on last version of power bi. Can you please share a pbix file which can reproduce your issue to test?

Did you have the chance to review the file/ look into the problem ? The Arcgis visual is one of the most used/important visuals in the reports I work with/create, it would be greatly appreciated if this problem could be solved.

Unfortunately, It works on my side. I think this may related to your networks service? Is there any firewall rules to block arcgis map visual access networks to load data?
You can try to use fiddler to trace httprequests which power bi desktop sended.
