Arcgis Maps

Hi Folks,

I am looking some help with an Arcgis maps visuals . I have a list of current customers that we trade with together with sales figures which I have uploaded onto Arcgis via an SQL server. I then have another completely seperate list of data in a CSV file which shows the total list of customers we could be dealing with ie some will match the initial list and some will be potential customers. I've only just started playing with this maps feature but how can I link the 2 sets of data on to one map so I can show those we are not trading with etc

Many thanks

Richard

Hello @Richard76,

I have myself also tried to get 2 (or multiple) location inputs into a Arcgis visual but for as far as I know it is not possible to have more than 1 location input. For example it is not allowed to have more than one lon & lat column.

I solved my problem by merging the 2 datasets into one and give them a label with their original dataset. In your case it might be possible to have a single dataset with your current customers and potential customers. You would still be able to analyse your data by giving them a label like "source file" or "status".

Best regards,

L.Meijdam

Thanks I thought it might be the case of having to merge the datasets .
