ArcGis shape files for Power BI

Can anyone help me with this questions:

Is it possible to push ArcGis shape files in Power BI? If yes, how to do it?

Can type in Power BI wms background map for esri shape file?

Can this question be considered as “Does ArcGis shape support Topojson map file”? If so, I'm afraid power bi doesn't support this feature, you need to use shape map instead:
