ArcGis map

Hello,
I wonder if anybody else encountered a simillar problem.
A regular map works correctly but when I try to use a ArcGIS map option, it doesn't load data at all. It just displays a white background. Format of my locations columns must be correct becasue it works with a regular map. I checked and I have the ArcGIS maps enabled in the settings.

Any other idea what could be the problem?

    Hi Anonymous 

    Please update Power BI Desktop to the last version May 2019 Update (2.69.5467.1251),

    Create ArcGIS maps in Power BI Desktop/Service by Esri according to this article.

    From the article, you could use example data to test if ArcGIS maps works on your side.

     

    Besides these, please share some example data of your location and some other details for me to test on my side.
