ArcGis Two Data Layers
I have two sets of data broken our by state, net value shipped from the state, and net value shipped to the state. I need to show both of these on the same map, (ideally one being shown by background color, while another is shown by dot size.) I also need data labels for both values labelled on the map. Is there any way to do this?

Pind , Create a single-state table and join with both state columns and create measures with help from userelationship
