ArcGIS mobile layout inconsistency

Hello,

I have created a PBI desktop report and utilized an ArcGIS map with a reference layer and customized symbology. 

 

However, when viewing the report in "Mobile Layout" the ArcGIS map displays a previous revision of my ArcGIS visual (old reference layer, old symbology, old tooltips, etc.)

 

Troublshooting attempts:

I have tried refreshing the visuals, closing the report, removing all visuals in the mobile layout and re-adding just the ArcGIS visual.

    You're facing a synchronization issue between the ArcGIS map in your Power BI desktop report and its display in the Mobile Layout. Despite attempting to refresh visuals, the mobile view still shows a previous version of the ArcGIS visual with outdated reference layers, symbology, and tooltips. To troubleshoot, try clearing the cache of your mobile device's browser or Power BI app, ensure you've published the latest report version, verify ArcGIS visual compatibility with the mobile layout, test on different devices, update Power BI and ArcGIS, and consider using ArcGIS Online reference layers. If the problem persists, contact Power BI support for further assistance. Always keep a backup of your report before making changes.
