ArcGIS login problems - deleting CES/cache doesn't work

I am having problems logging into ArcGIS via the visual.

The sign in button is unclickable. The radio buttons can be selected, but I cannot ever click sign in.

 

I have tried the recommended options here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Unable-to-sign-in-to-ArcGIS-on-Power-BI/td-p/2124430 but no luck.

 

I have checked my ArcGIS account and it is fine:

If anybody has any advice on how I could fix this, I'd appreciate it.

The solution was entirely different and can be found here:

Specifically, to disable the "Power BI Desktop infrastructure update" preview feature to resolve ArcGIS login issues for PowerBI. If you can't click the button, try disabling this feature.

Thanks for the advice.

I have asked my IT team to configure the CORS as described

It's an odd problem, because my co-workers are not encountering the same problem, and I can login when I publish a report online
