Advocate IIDefinitely not a network problem, and I've duplicated this issue on other user's machines. It finally crashed to where I could submit a frown with all the details. They gave me a response saying it was an issue reported all over the place. I can't share my file here due to the PII content loaded within it. Sorry.
Do we know if ArcGIS will be standard visual to pick from in the future as part of the desktop client tools?

Ok thanks. If you can send me a private message with the email address you submitted the frown with, I can look into what the issue is. In time, the ArcGIS Maps visual will exit preview and will be available without the need to enable it as a preview feature.
