ArcGIS Maps Not working

Hi clarainesgg -When signed in to a valid ArcGIS Enterprise account through Report Server (online environment only); not supported in a disconnected environment or with ArcGIS Online. Accessing Report Server with ArcGIS for Power BI consumes ArcGIS credits.
