ArcGIS Maps Issues

I started using ArcGIS Map on POWER BI Desktop. I can say it's a wonderful tool to show Locations on the Map.

I stay in Singapore and I use it to show the Singapore Postal Codes captured in the Data Model. However, there are some WRONG LOCATIONS which the Map shown in the WRONG PLACE on the map. 

Is there a way or method by which I could correct the "WRONG LOCATIONS" on the Map?
