ArcGIS Maps/Azur Map for Power BI
Good day.
I created a dashboard with the help of PowerBI, the map was first Azur Map, then I created a dashboard with an ArcGIS map. However, after publication on the Internet for each of the publications, the maps were not displayed and the following error appeared:
This visualization is not supported by the following scenarios: Live Connect for embedding without user authentication, Publish to the web, and Report Server in PowerBI
What steps should be taken to solve this problem? These maps should be visible to all users outside the organization.
Many thanks!
Hi , anatoliy_kravts
Based on your error message received, you should meet some limitations/by-design for this ArcGIS Maps you created in this report, as the error message given in the UI page: "This visualization is not supported by the following scenarios: Live Connect for embedding without user authentication, Publish to the web, and Report Server in PowerBI", you should first kindly check if your report is published/relied in these one kinds of scenarios.
If not, you can also check this limitation description part in this official document and make sure you have avoided all of these limitations mentioned in it:
Get started with Azure Maps Power BI visual - Microsoft Azure Maps | Microsoft Learn
Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!
