ArcGIS Map single country

Hello Community   I tried to use ArcGIS to see the residence of coworkers. In the source excel i have the country, city and zip code. ArcGIS don't show anything, no matter what of these informati...

Hi RobinH ,

 

Here I have some suggestions to you.

1. You could clean out your cache and try again.

2. Make sure your zip code is correct. You can try to add these parameters into bing map and have a try.

3. You can try to add Latitude and Longitude in your  ArcGIS and have a try.

Thank you for the hints.

Tried reinstall PowerBi from the MS Store today as well but without a solution.

Cleaned the cache and tried it with the zip and the town without success.

 

What surprises me is that a change from several countries to only one does not work and that nothing at all is displayed on the map.
