    Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

    Currently, the ArcGIS visual doesn’t retain zoom level when navigating between report pages.

    To achieve full control over map interactions and zoom behavior, you would need to create a custom visual using mapping libraries like Leaflet.js or OpenStreetMap. These allow programmatic control over zoom levels and user interactions, and can be developed as Power BI custom visuals.

    As a workaround, if you're filtering by city or location, you can use page filters, slicers, or bookmarks to simulate a zoomed-in experience when navigating to that page.
