ArcGIS Map - Zoom Issues

Currently, the ArcGIS visual doesn’t retain zoom level when navigating between report pages.To achieve full control over map interactions and zoom behavior, you would need to create a custom visual using mapping libraries like Leaflet.js or OpenStreetMap. These allow programmatic control over zoom levels and user interactions, and can be developed as Power BI custom visuals.
As a workaround, if you're filtering by city or location, you can use page filters, slicers, or bookmarks to simulate a zoomed-in experience when navigating to that page.

Hi GiantsFan1989 I think it is because ArcGIS prioritizes the Join Layer (like Full FIPS) over the raw latitude/longitude coordinates when zooming. This causes it to snap back to the county level even after selecting a site. Try removing the join or using it as a reference layer instead. Also, confirm that the layer’s location type is set to Point for site-level zooming.
I changed the layer interaction behavior from Filter to Highlight. This does help as an interim solution, but it isn't ideal. I don't see the option in the layer for Point.
