ArcGIS Connector

Hello,

I am trying to use the ArcGIS Connector to plot some data. It was working fine until I hit "Publish". Now, whenever I try to load the widget, I get an endlessly spinning loading animation. I tried clearing Power BI's cache and there was no change. Anyone else have this issue?

    Hi abureaux,

Did you recently update or install a newer version of Power BI Desktop?Updating the version may cause such problems.
Between Power BI and ArcGIS,only the data needed to geocode the address (that is, fields placed in the Location field well) are passed to Esri servers. This data is only used to generate the location information for the map and is not stored by Esri servers.
Simply cleaning the cache in the power bi may not be as effective.
To clear local storage about ArcGIS in Power BI Desktop, please try:
1.On your local system, browse to the following folder location: %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop.
    For example:<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop
    2.Delete the folder named CEF.
    3.Restart Power BI Desktop.

If you still have some question, please don't hesitate to let me known.‌‌

    Best Regards,

I forgot to mention, but I already navigated to that location, and there is no PowerBI folder. That is why I cleared the cache in the app instead. I saw a solution from 2017 that mentioned doing what you said above.

As an update... I republished from desktop to my Workspace, and the ArcGIS map works properly there. Seems limited to desktop only. Inside desktop, the Heat Map shows my locations, but ArcGIS still does not.
