Arc GIS Join layer is not showing

Hello,

I have imported excel table into power bi and trying to link it with my reference layer from Arc GIS online, I have followed the same steps which is clearfied from many sources but the join layer option is not showing in the layers tab.

Is there's any solution for this issue please?Capture.PNG

I'm also having this issue. As OMARSAID90 shows in the post above, the Join Layer option is not available. Is there a solution?
