The Sankey Chart visual by Microsoft Corporation is not importing into Power BI desktop. It worked last week, but today I keep getting errors that it cannot import. Might the site that this visual is hosted on have moved? Please help, there are no other Power BI Certified Sankey visuals. Thank you.

I was able to get this compiled from GIT.
Install Node
Download the Project
npm install -g powerbi-visuals-tools
Update pbiviz.json to have a 4 digit version
pbiviz package
Grab from the dist directory
Hope that helps!
Same issue:
I also get this. How often can "temporary issues" last? And should I keep using trial and error to see if it works or is there another way to get an update if it's fixed?

Thank you for your help! I installed node and didn't get to the other steps... but the next day the Sankey Chart imported just fine. So either the solution was installing node and/or whatever the issue was got fixed on the other end. All set!
