Hi,
Is it possible that when you make a selection this applies across all pages? Not taking about filters or slicers here but selections from a visualisation. This was default with Qlik and was extemely powerful and useful. From what I can see this functionality isn't there....can anyone help?
As a worked example we have a chart within an app (on contacts) which lists all the contacts we recieve by source (e.g phone, letter, email etc). When we click one of these (e.g. phone) the visualisations and cards dulely update to show revised figures based on that selection; however, this only applies to that page.

To the best of my knowledge, sync slicers are the only way to do what you are asking, having the filtering apply to all pages. Cross-filtering and cross-highlighting in a visual cannot be applied to other pages UNLESS you use drillthrough. Drillthrough is really how this is done in Power BI.
Hi,
Thanks for the replies... this was my worry as drillthrough doesn't really replicate this and is quite long winded.
Its making you have all your visuals on one page, ceate a massive amount of drillthroughs or duplicating visuals across others to get same functionality.
Chris
This is such a shame, I also wanted this for my latest report. I miss Qlikview for this kind of interactivity and lots of other basic things that seem impossible with PowerBI. Such is life.
Using drill through one can pass filters on another page. Make not same as what one has in Qlikview
