Apply missing in Conditional Formatting Window in Power BI Desktop RS January 2023

Hi ,

Just wondering if anyone else came across this issue in Power BI Desktop RS January 2023 when the conditional formatting windows does not have Apply or Cancel buttons. The only way to close the window is by pressing Escape key.
