Apply filter to multiple columns

Is there a way to create a column with two rows "Scheduled" and "Not Scheduled" and apply that relationship to multiple columns?

My desired outcome is to create a filter that once i select, for example "Scheduled," my table is going to only show me cells that have a date in them. Or any suggestions will be welcomed!
